VISTING THE WINERY: At every visit, members receive complimentary tastings (or glasses of wine) based on their membership (limit one per person/day). Member discounts apply to all in-store and online wine purchases.
CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION: By joining, you authorize Arch Ray Resort to automatically bill your credit card based on your selected membership.
PRE-SHIPMENT NOTIFICATION: Arch Ray Resort kindly asks members to keep all email information up-to-date. Our team will email wine club members approximately three days prior to the scheduled release date with details regarding the wine selection, price, and the deadline for any account changes. This is a good opportunity to inform us of changes of the shipping address, credit card information or your availability to sign-up for a shipment. Once the deadline passes, changing an address or stopping a shipment may not be possible. Members are responsible for shipping and return costs.
CHANGES TO YOUR ACCOUNT: Members may make changes online by signing into their account at archrayresort.orderport.net/signin, or emailing us at membership@archrayresort.com, or calling 830-304-2900 x105. We will confirm all email requests. If you have not heard from our team within three business days, it may be an indicator that we have not have received correspondence. Please contact us to ensure your request for membership has been received by our staff. For your security, please do not send credit card information via email. Membership requires a minimum of 2 releases/6 months. Early cancellation incurs a $50 fee. To cancel email membership@archrayresort.com at least two weeks before the next payment.
MEMBER TERMS: Member benefits are for active members only and cannot be extended to non-household purchases. Complimentary drink/tastings are limited to one per person, per day. Memberships are canceled after 2 consecutive failed payments. Memberships are non-transferable. Offers may change without notice, and Arch Ray reserves the right to terminate memberships at any time.
ADDITIONS: Members may add additional bottles to preselected wine club shipments by logging into the member account. The price will reflect the change and will include the member discount. Bottles (up to one case, including the club selection) may be added to the shipment for the flat shipping fee at no additional charge.
SKIPPING A RELEASE/DEPOSIT: Arch Ray understands that things come up and members may need to temporarily suspend a membership. We can place the membership on hold for one quarter, which, during the hold, all member benefits will be suspended.
SHIPPING REQUIREMENTS: Wine deliveries must be received with an in-person signature by a recipient 21 years or older. Wine shipments are defaulted to ship with UPS. Shipping is a flatrate fee of $22.00. No PO Boxes.
RETURNS, UNDELIVERED, AND UNCLAIMED WINES: To avoid reshipment costs and return fees for undelivered and unclaimed wine, notify Arch Ray Resort about any delivery holds or delivery changes before the deadline date. Our team will be more than happy to delay a shipment to ensure a smooth delivery. Arch Ray Resort is unable to store wines returned to our establishment as undeliverable or as unclaimed pick-up orders for more than 180 days from processing. Any wine unclaimed after 180 days will be donated. No refunds once the order/deposit is processed, including for uncollected or returned wine. Members may contact us by email at info@archrayresort.com or by calling 830-304-2900 during the period to arrange for shipping. Membership rules require a two-quarter commitment and continues until a notification to cancel is received. After two releases/deposits, members may send a notice of cancellation in writing to membership@archrayresort.com.
